The short version: this site collects almost nothing about you, and what little it measures is anonymous.
What this site does not do
- No cookies — none at all. See the cookies page.
- No advertising trackers, ad pixels, or fingerprinting.
- No selling, renting, or sharing of your data.
Analytics
I use a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool (for example, Umami) to see roughly how many people visit and which pages they read. It counts visits anonymously — no cookies, no personal data, and nothing that follows you across other sites. I can’t tell who you are from it.
If you subscribe
If you subscribe to the newsletter, I keep the email address you give me and use it only to send the newsletter. I don’t sell it, rent it, or pass it on. You can unsubscribe from any issue, and I’ll delete your address if you ask. The newsletter goes out through a third-party email service, which stores your address so the emails can be sent.
Your theme choice
When you switch between light and dark, that choice is saved in your browser’s local storage. It stays on your device and is never sent to me.
Your rights
You can ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or unsubscribe at any time. Get in touch — the contact link is in the footer.
